Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [VASHORT.BIZ.ID] ("we", "us", "our", the "Service") at [vashort.biz.id]. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

[Vashort.biz.id] allows registered users ("publishers") to create shortened links. When a visitor clicks a shortened link, they may be shown one or more advertisement/verification steps before being redirected to the destination URL. Publishers earn a share of advertising revenue (CPM) based on valid, unique views of their links.

2. Rates, Steps, and Rewards May Change

We reserve the right to adjust the CPM rate, the number/type of verification steps, and the amount of any user rewards or bonuses, both up and down, at any time and without prior notice, depending on our advertising revenue and other business factors. The base CPM will never fall below the minimum rate published on our Publisher Rates page.

3. Eligible / Valid Views

Only views that pass our verification and anti-fraud checks are counted toward publisher earnings. Views may be excluded from earnings for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Use of an ad blocker;
  • Use of a proxy, VPN, or similar IP-masking service;
  • Repeated views from the same IP address beyond our daily limit or cooldown period;
  • Anonymous browsing, disabled cookies, or automated/bot-like behavior;
  • Traffic from a country or referrer we do not currently monetize;
  • Any activity that, in our reasonable judgment, does not represent genuine human interest.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, click farms, incentivized traffic, or any automated means to generate views;
  • Create shortened links to content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or violates the rights of others;
  • Use shortened links to distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content;
  • Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our verification, cooldown, or anti-fraud systems;
  • Create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or earnings restrictions.

Violation of this section may result in forfeiture of unpaid earnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

Publisher earnings are calculated based on valid views as described above. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum balance of $1 and are processed through the payment methods available in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to review, delay, or decline any withdrawal request suspected of resulting from fraudulent or invalid traffic.

6. Leaderboard and Rewards Program

From time to time, we may run leaderboard competitions or reward programs. Participation is subject to any minimum requirements published for each competition. All leaderboard rewards are reviewed manually before being credited and may be withheld if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that the underlying traffic was not genuine.

7. No Responsibility for Destination Content

We do not host, control, or endorse the content found at any destination URL linked through our Service. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or safety of any third-party website accessed through a shortened link.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [vashort.biz.id] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of earnings, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [team vashort], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
